My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Our daughter Ella Rose was born three and a half months early at 26.1 weeks gestation weighing just 810g (1 pound and 7 onces). She spent 5 months in 4 diffirent hospitals undergoing 6 operations. Today she is home a happy, thriving is baby gong to turn one year on the 19 November.
Whittington Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where she was born were very supportive through this very difficult time. We are now parent volunteers and have decided to undertake this run to support the Charity which is close to our hearts.

Whittington Babies supports families of sick and premature babies at Whittington Hospital since 1986. The charity provides medical equipment and support facilities for the neonatal intensive care unit, as well as a parent support group by parents whose babies have been on the unit in the past.
