We are doing a 10k charity run on 6 July, to raise funds for Kidscape. For those who know us well, this is quite a challenge after about 15 years of sedentary living (although Shan does contribute monthly to the gym).

So, please dig deep and sponsor us, to help us hit our fundraising target of £300 each. Kidscape is a small charity that needs our support for all the great work it does for children.
