15 of the Sale Sharks players and staff have started growing beards in October and  November and won't shave until xmas day when each player will shave a comedy beard and all the photos will be published so people can judge their favourite!! The progress of some of the boys can be seen in the picture to the left of this caption and with 6 weeks still to go there are going to be some serious beards!! Although growing a beard is not much of a sacrifice in comparison to running a marathon etc, the strain on relationships is already taking its toll and there has been plenty of itching so please get behind us and support a great charity at a particularly tough time of year. Our target is to raise £1000 for the NSPCC so please donate anything you can no matter how small it all makes a difference!

Thank you for getting involved.
