A Runner is someone I never thought I would be & something that I never thought I could achieve but, over the last 18 months running has become part of my new life, something that I enjoy, it has increased my stamina and fitness and I have made new friends and belong to a great club.

Earlier this year I was nudged by family to join them in Cardiff's half marathon and I am also, running for a Charity ..... 'ABF The Soliders Charity' who give a lifetime of support to soldiers and veterans from the British Army and their immediate families, when they are in need, they work with veterans from every conflict from the Second World War to present times.
