For the second year running I'm embarking on the Great North Run for Henshaws Society for Blind People, a wonderful leading charity for blind and visually impaired people across the North of England.

Harrogate based Henshaws College offers high quality education and training to yound people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities and specialises in visual impairment. They are truly inspriational and provide expert care, advise and training to anyone affected by sight loss.

I appreciate you may receive many requests for sponsorship, however if you could make a small £5 donation to the cause I would be very grateful.
