I don't really want to do it as i hate running but if i get sponsorship i will be morally obliged to do it so sponsor me please.
I am up to runnin 4K at the moment - in 25 minutes - 9.6K/hr, which isn't too bad considerin i only started runnin about 2 months ago. Feel free to turn up and humiliate me by by shoutin encouragement as i crawl past you drippin with sweat. I know its not a marathon but it is for me - and that could be the target in a couple of years time. You will all recieve a message with my time - so that you can snigger into your pints.

10th July - now up to 10K/hr thats (6 miles in old money)- although i still havent't done the full 5K. sharon x
12th July - managed to run 5K (but not at 10K/Hr) and still breathing so i now know that i can actually do the distance withought humiliating myself. Sharon x
