About my charity : Marie Curie Cancer Care Marie Curie Cancer Care
Marie Curie Cancer Care provides high quality nursing totally free, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families. Your local Marie Curie Hospice actively promotes quality of life for people with cancer and provides support for their families. The services are completely free to patients. World class scientists at the Marie Curie Research Institute are investigating how cancer develops to find better ways of treating the disease in the future.

My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Cancer is something that we are all touched by at some point in our life - my motivation to raise money is my dad (Frank) who died from oesophageal cancer at the age of 56... being able to have him at home until the end was so important to him and also my mum,myself and my brothers... at the moment research shows 64% people would like to die at home if they had a terminal illness but only 25% achieve this wish... the money I raise will help get nearer to giving people their wish.... help me make their wish come true
