Hi, in october  this year Myself, Sheridan Cullen, Steven Davis will be embarking on a climb of Africa's highest mountain Kilimanjaro located in Tanzania. We have organised this trip ourselves through treking company http://www.privateexpeditions.co/

 

As this is quite an achievement i feel it a worthy cause to raise money for a chosen charity Stand Up To Cancer. Cancer effects so money peoples live's today, so hopefully one day we will find the cure and beat this. 

We are training hard for this in all our own ways, sheridan is running quite alot as he has a marathon to run 2 weeks before this challenge. Myself and Steve are hill walking and climbing as much as we can and i myself will be attempting the 3 Peaks Challenge before i go.

Well on the 30/31 Aug I successfully achieved the National 3 Peaks challenge in a time of 22hrs 55mins. It was such great feeling to reach the end and knowing that i am another step closer now to Mount Kilimanjaro.
