On 10 August 2008, I competed in the London Triathlon (1.5Km Swim, 40Km Bike Ride, 10Km Run) in order to raise money for Frensham Pond Sailability, finishing in 2hrs 51mins 35secs.

I have been helping at FPS for over 18 months and have been inspired by the enthusiasm, dedication and resiliance of the sailors and helpers alike.  It is a great team that is always looking to improve the sailing experience.  All money raised will be greatly appreciated as over 75% of operating costs and 100% of capital costs are met from donations and on-going fund-raising events.
