Ironman UK - 19th August

2.4mile swim, 112mile bike, 26.2mile run.

This is my 10th triathlon season but my first ever sponsored event!

The money I hope to raise will be split between Elizabeth FitzRoy Support and the Rotary Event Charities (The Leukaemia Research Fund, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, The Children's Hospice Association, Shelter Box, The Air Ambulance Service, St. Margaret's Somerset Hospice and Dreams Come True).
