A team of us will be cycling round Wales (well almost) starting in Ewloe in the East across to the coast down through Aberystwyth to our West Wales office in Newcastle Emlyn before turning East through Llanelli, Swansea and finishing in Cardiff. A mammoth journey of over 220 miles climbing over 4,400 feet, by far the longest cycle I will ever have done.
