Sheffield Folk Sing · 30 January 2015

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

After Januarys success of raising over £5,000 to share between the two charities, we are now ready for round 2!!

An evening of Folk Music to raise money for Parkinsons UK , The Alzheimers Society & Cancer Research

Val Civico is a beautiful friend of mine, 2 years ago she was diagnosed with Parkinsons and over 3 years ago, Peter, her husband was diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia. We are putting on this evening to raise money for both Parkinsons Uk Alzheimers Society & Cancer Research, in order to improve recovery in these diseases . I'm ridiculously proud of Val for everything she does, she is strong beyond belief, I'd be grateful if you could spread the word, invite friends & let people know this concert is happening please. There will be music, treats & of course a raffle If you can't make it but would like to send a donation please visit our just giving site
