The Sheffield Haworth team will be attempting to defend their title at this year's Action for Kids Dragon Boat Race on September 1st.  Last year we narrowly stole victory in a very closely fought final race and are hoping to repeat our success!

More importantly we are hoping to raise £2,500 for Action for Kids.

Action For Kids is a national charity working with disabled children and young people, their parents and carers.  They help to transform young lives by removing the barriers to independence.  Sheffield Haworth has supported Action for Kids for a number of years and it means a great deal to us to be able to take part in this race and contribute to the excellent work that they do with young people.
