A year ago we sadly lost a friend and neighbour in a car accident. Bonnie (Pictured left) would have been 21 this year and as a tribute to her memory, and as a thank you to Essex Air Ambulance for the efforts they made to save her life, I am taking part in a challenging trek taking place from the 6th April - 16th, in the foothills of the Himalayas to raise money for this much needed service.

We will be visiting the Dharamsala region of the Himalayas which is home to Dalai Lama as featured on Michael Palin's Himalaya!

The Air Ambulance is not Government or NHS funded and relies solely on donations from the general public and local businesses,  so any amount you can donate will help. www.essexairambulance.co.uk
