As if the Himalaya wasn't enough I have decided to go back for more and have signed up to trek the Inca Trail in Peru in aid of the Essex Air Ambulance.

The trek is for 5 days and we will be walking for some 9-11 hours (yes hours) per day On the Inca Trail up to Macchu Picchu (pictured left).

The Air Ambulance is not government or lottery funded and relies soley on public donations. Thats where we come in. I have a minimum target to reach of £3,200 but last time with your generousity and my determination we raised over £4,000. Lets see if we can beat that. So please dig deep and wish me luck!!
