Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

At 6:58pm on April 16, 2016 a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck offshore of the west coast of northern Ecuador. The epicenter of the quake was along the Pacific coast in a sparsely populated region.
At the time of writing, official reports state the number of deaths at 654, with a further 16,601 people injured. 6,990 buildings were destroyed and 281 schools have been affected. Damage to roads and infrastructure is widespread. Residents are traumatized due to the earthquake and subsequent aftershocks

The all hands project are a non- profit organisation who are helping to build temporary shelters and rebuild permanent homes.

We are volunteering in Ecuador to help this cause in anyway that we can. Please help to donate for this amazing project and cause.

Thank you

Grace, Charlotte and Kelly xx
