I'm doing the Apsire Channel Swim 2008 for 2 reasons - firstly to raise money for Aspire and secondly to get fit and healthy. I'll be swimming 22 miles over 12 weeks.

Aspire is a charity that works with people with spinal cord injury to create opportunity, choice and independence. Aspire ensures that everyone with a spinal cord injury has the opportunity to live an independent and fulfilled life.
