Hi,

It's Adam Phillips' birthday on the 20th of June and what better way to celebrate than to get naked at 7am on a possibly freezing cold Sunday morning on the 19th of June and trundle into the sea?

We are raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care, and any donations would be gratefully received. In return we will put some pictures (from the waist up!) of our fantastic journey into the freezing cold shore of Llangennith Bay.
