I've been losing a bit of weight recently and as I'm on a roll I thought I'd try and do some good at the same time.
I'm trying to raise money for the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Farnham who helped Katie's (my Wife) Dad, Colin through his last months last year before he sadly died of bladder cancer.
I'm 6' 8" tall and I started of at 23 stone 8 lbs on July 3rd. The site below (which only started tracking on the 23rd July) shows my current weight which will be updated regularly and how far I have to go to my new target of 16 stones 4 lbs

Week16 -6.8 lbs total =90.8 lbs
Week17 -3.3 lbs total =94.1 lbs
Week18 -4.6 lbs total =98.7 lbs (7stones!)
Week19 -2.1 lbs total = 100.8 lbs - Moving into route to management 1.2lbs to go to target!
