About our charity

Spinal Injuries Association
SIA is the national organisation of the UK's 40,000 spinal cord injured people. SIA provides a helpline, conducts research, campaigns and offers a peer support network, a link Scheme and a website. Promoting self-help through the sharing of experiences and advice, SIA believes that life needn't stop when you're paralysed.

The race has now been run - for two of us at least.
Ronel is our champ, romping home in 4:22:16. Charlie waddled in 20 minutes later, in 4:43:35. Kate was injured during training and could not start but hopes to run next year. (There is also a small matter of an Ironman later this year)
