I'll try not to ramble :-)

Macmillan is a great charity, offering invaluable support to those touched by cancer. There are few people who havent been affected by cancer in some way.

I'm committing to a personal challenge in the month of September in the hope of causing enough pain to myself to guilt you into giving to this worthy cause.

I'll be covering a minimum of 600 miles (was 400!!!) during the month of September, by human powered means only. That means running, biking, swimming & walking to cover the distance (and  if possible more!), whilst attempting to hold down a full time job!

So please consider sponsoring me (any amount you can afford!), for 600 miles and maybe an added incentive for any extra I can do???
