Well, a few runs this year, including the Race for Life, BUPA Great Capital Run 10K, The Nike Human Race 10K, the running bit of the London Duathlon with a team in Richmond Park, the Hampton Court Run 10K - as well as the one above.

But only one demand for your dosh so I'm improving!

Please do help me stagger round and raise money for this great cause. I have recently lost a friend to Leukaemia and Jane Tomlinson was always a great inspiration to him.
