You lovely lot.

Having dragged myself round the Silverstone Half Marathon in March, I have sensibly decided that 10K is more my style!

So, I have entered three 10K races so far: The Brighton 'Heroes Run' in May (my first foray into dressing up as a superhero, hmm), the Run Richmond Park in June and the Richmond River 10K in September. I may do the BUPA Great Run 10 mile in October too - but then again maybe not...

Please do help this extremely worthy cause if you can - there are personal reasons for me wanting to support, a friend of mine who sadly passed away from Leukaemia.
