As you can see from the new image, I completed the Blenheim triathlon on Saturday 7 June...in the end it was a bit more cycling (13k) and a bit more running (3k) than I had bargained for...but I did it all, and the swim, in just a little over the hour.

Many thanks to all who have sponsored me so far (I will be seeing some of you about the messages you have left as soon as I regain the use of my legs).
