This year I am competing in the London Triathon at Olympic distance, thats a 1. 5 Km swim (In Victoria dock!) followed by a 40 km bike ride followed by a 10km run. Most of you will probably know about this and the training I am trying to put in. However not only is there exercise involved but I also have to wear the ridiculous suit you can see to the left.
