Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit :)

We are Silver Lining; Aileen Wang, Rachel Hallett, Pooja Patel, Emilio Iannucci, David Randall and Josh Yap, all in Year 12. We are hoping to raise at least 1500 pounds for Wings of Hope, in support of free education in India and Malawi. Please read below and donate today; we will send you mind cookies if you do!

Childhood is one of the most precious times in our lives, but over 100 million children worldwide do not receive the vital education they need to supplement a succesful future. Most of these children are concentrated in the areas of Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

With your help we can all provide poor and orphaned children in India and Malawi with the birth-right of an education and the childhood we all take for granted. Every 120 pounds can buy a year's worth of education to those who can otherwise not go to school.

Written by Dharani, from the SSS School, Chennai, India:

"Dear Sister,

Thank you for helping our school. By giving money etc. I enjoyed that day. You gave many puzzles. It was very tuff.  But I tried and got answers. I thought it was wrong. But the answer is correct. You gave many stickers and I was happy with those. For those I am saying 'thank you! thank you!

Come again to our school.

Jai Sai Ram

Your's lovingly

Dharani"

Please help us continue their great work, and donate now :)
