It is with great regret that due to an injury I am forced to pull out of the Bupa London 10K that I was due to compete in on May 27th 2013.

Unfortunately, having received the injury so late in my training, I don't think that a week would be adequate recovery time.

This would have been my fifth and most likely final (for the moment) 10K, so I am naturally very disappointed, I will be back to complete that fifth race though.  Many thanks for your support.
