I'm taking part in a charity football match at Norwich City's Carrow Road on 21st May in support of Whizz-Kidz. Whizz-Kidz are a fantastic charity whose mission is to transform the lives of disabled children by providing the equipment, support and life skills they need, when they need them – giving them the chance to develop their full potential.

For those that don't know, this is the wrong shape ball for me, and it'll be truly embarrassing, but I'm up for a laugh and the ridicule in aid of a great charity.

Please dig deep and find a few golden nuggets to support this fantastic cause.
