I am kayaking the length of the Caledonian canal (60 miles accross the width of Scotland) in support of a charity called Families Need Fathers.

This is a personal one for me, as my parents split at an early age and without the support of this great charity I may not have been able to see so much of my own father or grandparents.

FNF also assist with moral support and offer impartial and helpful advice to mothers, fathers, grandparents, new partners and extended families who care about their children and want to continue to provide the love, care and support that their children need after separation. FNF are there to support parents and families in doing this - especially if you are having problems in coming to an agreement on your own.
