Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am, along with my long time partner in crime, Jaimie Taylor going to be attempting the John O'Groats to Land's End cycle ride. We are looking to raise a signficant amount of money for The Hunger Project to help aleviate world hunger. Both Jaimie and I are registered disabled and this makes this an even more challenging event for us.

During our time in the Forces we have both seen a good deal of suffering around the world and we are both determined to do our bit to help those less fortunate than ourselves. I would be very greatful for any donations you can make to spur us on in our journey.

We are hoping to be able to use some technology to show our route, how far we have gone, people and places we see on our travels and probably the pain we are suffering (so even our enemies can join in and enjoy it lol). We will also be looking to set up twitter so you can all badger us or goad us on whatever floats your boat and, if we can work it out, a bike cam.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
