<p>I am running the London marathon for the charity "Action on Pre-eclampsia" in honour and memory of my beautiful little niece Isobel.</p> <p>Isobel was born 3 months' early as a result of pre-eclampsia and although she showed great strength and fought bravely she sadly passed away after only 13 months.&nbsp;</p> <p>Pre-eclampsia continues to be the most common of the serious complications of pregnancy and impacts thousands of women in the UK each year.
