Don't know how I was talked into it but I am doing the Caravan London to Paris Cycle Challenge on 17th September 2009 over 3 days. I think it is about 230 miles in total (or 380 km in France). The route is 

London to Portsmouth

Portsmouth to Bernay (including ferry)

Bernay to Paris
