15 Jan 2010 Update

Only 60 Km to go! I will in Paris at the end of this month and so plan to finish beneath the Arch De Triumph.

19 Dec Update!

My running shoes are back on after a 8 week break - due to a mountain bike accident when I cracked some ribs in my back. I aim to finish my run now at the end of Jan 2010.

I must be mad!
Over the course of the year and by my Dad's birthday on 18 Dec, I plan to run 1,400 Km from John O'Groats to Lands End.  I started running on 1 Jan and need to get out and get my running shoes on 3 or 4 times every week if I am to reach my goal. 

I need some serious motivation. Please sponsor me
