Hello Everyone,

Another year goes by and I'm once again competing in this run to try and raise as much money and awareness for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

The reason I have chosen to run for MND Association is because of my Dad who sadly died from this disease 6 years ago.

I am hoping that I can do better then my rubbish attempt last year of 60mins of which I was really annoyed about (more training needed this year) I just hope my dodgy knees will last the distance!
