London British 10K + The Three Peaks Challenge

I am taking part in two challenges on consecutive weekends to raise money for SpecialEffect. The first is the British 10K on July 12th 2009 which is just a warm up for the second, The Three Peaks Challenge. Three peaks, in three countries in twenty four hours!
