Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Over the period 1st - 3rd August 2009 I will be representing Great Britain at "Ultraman Canada" a 318 mile race in Penticton British Columbia! The race will see me swim 10 kilometres, bike 260 miles and finish with a 52.4 mile double marathon!! This is a pre-qualification race for the World Championships in Hawaii in 2010!!

As an ex-RAF Regiment Gunner and Physical Training Instructor I would like to offer my full support for my chosen charity "Help or Heroes". Please help me to recognise all the hard work that the Armed Forces currently undertake through operational deployments and to help those service personnel who are injured during active service!!

Together lets offer them our support!!
