Dear Friends,

Just a brief note to say I made it to John o' Groats at 2pm on 15 Apr 08 after 10 days cycling from Lands End.  Thank you so much for all your kind donations and messages of support.  I look forward to seeing you all soon and thanking you all personally.  With promised donations we are confident we will now reach a total of £10,000 in aid of Help for Heroes which is absolutely superb.   

I cannot thank you all enough for supporting me in the memory of Cpl Cosby.  I am overwhelmed by your generosity,
