About my charity : Hospice in the Weald Hospice in the Weald
Hospice in the Weald provides specialist palliative care to patients with life-threatening illnesses, and support and counselling for their families.The Hospice covers an area of 400 square miles in West Kent and the north of East Sussex, supporting a population of 300,000.
