The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) is one of the world's top cancer research organisations as well as being the home of the Everyman male cancer campaign. With the ICR working in all areas of cancer research from genetics through to drug development, its male cancer campaign, Everyman, focuses specifically on raising awareness and funds for research into prostate and testicular cancer. Story

I'm joining testicular cancer survivor Darren Couchman (of "One Lump or Two" fame and a fellow Spur) and some sixty others to raise awareness of testicular cancer.

What mad idea has he conjured up this time? Well... on July 11, we're doing a 12-hour walk around London... and it's called the "Testicle Tour". That's a huge clue. That's right, we're doing it with a giant fluffy testicle attached to each of us. For half a day. HALF A DAY, mind you.

There's a big point (insert obvious joke here) to the day - we'll be using the day to inform anyone around (or running away from us) of the facts on testicular cancer, and the precautions one can take.

As well as raising awareness, we are all passionate about raising funds for the Everyman Male Cancer Campaign.

Soooo.... please consider making a small donation on this page, to help make walking around London for twelve hours with a fluffy testicle a worthwhile day!
