I have been following the Runner's World Marathon Schedule Sub-4:30 but my pace is a little slow for my target time.   I completed the Tunbridge Wells Half in 2:09  and followed this with the Hastings Half  in a slower time of 2:12.    The hard training is done and I hope will be OK on the day.
