On 13th April I completed the London Marathon in 3 hours 56 minutes (the evidence can be viewed online at www.london-marathon.co.uk/site/)

I was running for Help the Hospices a national charity that supports the hospice movement. Last year it was one of the charities supported by the Times Christmas appeal and there are a series of links to articles below which give some information about Help the Hospices and outline stories from some of the hospices that the charity supports. The hospice movement touches hundreds of thousands of lives every year, and it's not too late if you would like to add some money to my sponsorship total.
