I will be cycling from Ho Chi Minh (formerly Saigon), Vietnam to Angkor Wat, Cambodia.  The journey is approximately 450km in a humid climate reaching an excess of 30C.  Considering my current fitness this will quite an ordeal so even if you support me by bullying me to go to the gym or not letting me take a break during 5 a side on Fridays guys, this will all help!
