Willow is the only UK charity supporting seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds by providing unique and positive Special Days. Since 1999 Willow has fulfilled more than 23,500 Special Days for young adults living with life-threatening conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease and cystic fibrosis.

Story

So in 2009 Simon Prior has decided to row across the Indian Ocean.

Now not many people have done this before, in fact more people have stepped on the surface of the moon than have rowed this vast ocean.

He is no doubt likely to face the wrath of sharks, the perils of Mother Nature as well as the monotony of spending three months by himself in a small seven metre boat.  When he lands ashore, he is likely to be only two thirds of his starting body weight with his 'model like' face covered in excessive ginger hair.  A good enough reason to sponsor as it is.  To find out more about his trip please visit his website www.amantomauritius.co.uk

Simon is supporting the Willow Foundation who support terminally ill people and their families whose suffering pales rowing an ocean into insignificance.  Please give generously.

On behalf of the people less fortunate than yourself, many thanks.
