Well I'm up to just over 10 miles now which is what I ran on Wednesday night! About 7 miles in my groin gave way but I made it home which was good. I think as long as I stay together I may be able to do this! Please show your support and sponsor me if you haven't already. Thanks Si :)

I done another 8m yesterday. Very hard work this time. Got through it though, just another 5 to go!

Right the training is going well. I've not felt too bad since my 3 mile run last night. Upping it to 5 miles for the next run!!

This year I've decided to take the next step up in the distance to a half marathon. This will be a massive challenge for me and I really hope I can complete it.
I am still running in aid of the MND Association to help try and raise as much money and awareness as possible in the fight against this nasty disease that took my Dad back in 2003.
