The Great North Run completed for a 7th year.   This year my time was a respectable 1hr 47m.  Not my fastest but within the band I'd set myself!

 

Most importantly, because of your donations, I have very very nearly made my fundraising target for Help The Aged.

 

This is remarkable in the current economic climate and is a great indication of the faith and generosity of YOU; my friends and colleagues.  Thank you very much indeed, it genuinely makes the effort very worthwhile indeed.
