At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm going to be jumping out of a plane (weather permitting) on Tuesday 7th April with my sister, Becky. We've both wanted to do skydiving for a while, and have finally gotten around to doing it. As a bonus we are hoping to raise a good chunk of money for 2 charities with connections to our family.

Money raised on this page, and from offline sponsorships in my care, will go to Alzheimer's Society. I'm paying for the full cost of the jump, so every penny donated will go straight to the Society.

My sister is raising money for Cancer Research UK. If you wish to sponsor Becky, please contact her directly. She has her own Just Giving page.

As mentioned, there are 2 ways to sponsor me for this jump - through this page or by filling in the offline sponsorship form. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Alzheimer's Society gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

P.S. Observers are welcome on the day, however it will be an all-day event starting at 9am and lasting until about 8pm (or dark) with little for people to do while waiting for jumps. If you wish to attend, you're advised to bring something to do. Contact me for details.
