On 17th September I am attempting to run The New Forest Half Marathon in memory of my mum, Val Williams who passed away in February of a brain tumour at the young age of 57. Not only was she my Mum, but she was also a best friend to Endang and I whom we both miss dearly.

Though mum only had a short battle with cancer, she was expertly cared for and supported by the wonderful people at Willen, as was the whole family during this difficult time. As a small way of saying thankyou  I am running this half marathon and also to give something back so that other families can recieve the help we did from Willen in their time of need.
