We provide specialist palliative and end of life care for adults living across central and south west London. This year, we must raise £13m to supplement the funding we receive from the NHS so we can continue to provide our outstanding, compassionate care, free of charge. Your support is vital.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My name is Simon and I'm a 16 year old who goes to school at KCS in Wimbledon. My Dad is Sam's cousin.

I saw last year the great work that Trinity Hospice does and what a support they were to Jules and to Sam, Eve and Jasper at such a difficult time. So I wanted to do something to help. So on Sunday 11 March I'm running a Football Tournament at Rock's Lane in Chiswick. We have 8 teams of 6 people playing for both a Cup (huge!) and a Plate for the teams losing in the group stages.

Everything that gets donated by everyone is all going to Trinity Hospice. So please dig deep - including you teachers! Our teampage is at www.justgiving.com/teams/jdfriends where you can see all the great activities that are going on in memory of Jules.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
