BUPA Great North Run 2008 · 5 October 2008 ·

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Well the big event has been and gone. This Sunday  I ran 13 miles (that's a ridiculous 21.09km!!) in the Great North Run in aid of the National Autistic Society.

I still need your help to raise as much money as possible for this really worth while charity.

The National Autistic Society champion the rights and interests of people with autism and provide individuals with autism and their families with help, support and services that they can trust and rely upon and which make a real positive difference to their lives.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support

Simon :-)
