I hate cancer and all the heartache , pain and suffering it causes, destroying so many young lives and families. But we can't let it beat us, we need to bring the fight back at cancers door through cancer research and fund these wonderful research projects that can save lives.

I have lost so many beautiful young friends to this horrible disease and have close friends in full battle right now- this race is dedicated to them- Mrs Q and Young Sam we'll keep fighting for you.  Love Sinead & Max
